For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ.- 2 Corinthians 4:6
Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form "2 hours with guidance to hear the Spirit speak to me is better than 1 hour of “therapy” with a psychologist. Thank you Gina, for your ministry, much needed!!" Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “I didn’t know how God would use this time in His presence, but He brought up a long held relationship issue that I had been struggling to resolve. He gave me clarity of my thoughts, feelings and fears, and direction to move forward.” Blog Reader | via Email "Was incredible what God did... I took your posts and printed them off with me to this executive retreat that I went to for women and God did use everything that you said. I'm so thankful God poured out his Spirit on me and revived me in a way that I have needed for so long. Many women came believing God didn't speak to them, yet all left believing and comforted that He did." Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “Got peace from torment of seeming to wait so long to find and come to God. Blamed myself for no teachers or leaders consistent to guide me. One died when I was young, and another was inconsistent. And a pastor who said he could not help. This meditation so helped.” Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “Experienced God’s Spirit, His fresh scent fell upon me! Freeing me, from burden. ‘God, you are the burden bearer, I see you are good.’ I know and believe God sees me as good (through Christ).” Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “This was my first experience with Into the Waters. I felt a very genuine sense of the Holy Spirit and nothing about this morning felt forced or fabricated. Very powerful.” Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form "Every time I participate in a prayer meditation session I walk away with more clarity and peace. I feel the Holy Spirit’s presence every time, which moves me to joyful tears.” Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “Gina’s spiritual meditation time offers something a Sunday morning at church does not. A simple, quiet and calm time to connect and reflect with God. Gina’s gentle leading and focused prayers allowed me to connect with God in a peaceful and quiet setting.” Meditation Attendee | via Feedback Form “Heart-warming, relaxing, feeling God’s presence in a relaxed atmosphere, releasing, cleansing, decompressing. God’s presence in the room, a glow surrounding the room.” Multiple Session Meditation Attendee | via email input “I am thankful for the depth of instruction and wisdom that came through meditating on Psalm 23. There were many visuals & illustrations that keep me looking over my notes! The extended prayer time and visuals helped me process many beautiful truths about God’s love for me and how good He is! There is tremendous benefit of spending longer time in God’s presence to hear from Him and have my mind transformed by His holy Word. This ministry will help many people struggling in prayer.” Blog Reader | in prayer time "I read your blogs weekly, sometimes more than once. I love how you write. They are helping me connect with God. Thank you." Meditation Attendee | via email input “Both my sister, and I were blessed by the session. I loved learning more about the context of Psalm 23 and the atmosphere was perfect for sitting, being still, and resting in His presence. She and I were talking on the way there about how it can be so difficult to find a quiet, safe place to just clear our minds of distraction and spend unrushed time with the Lord… but how sweet and beneficial it is to make time for just that. “ Meditation Attendee | via survey input

Re: the blog on forgiveness, "Loved this one. Thank you." Meditation Attendee | via email "Last night was beautiful. I really felt like I started allowing God to speak to me. When I came into His Presence, I was feeling fear and anger. I have struggled with a sense of worthlessness, shame, and not being loved. I have dealt with this before, but I believe the Lord is trying to take me further in the healing process. I gave some things over during turning memories into ashes. One is my own father’s anger at me as a child. It was not justified and was terribly hurtful and I was always afraid of him. I sensed God taking those words away. I also struggled in relationships that were abusive as well. I was able to give those words and memories to the Lord. He was telling me that I am worth something and I am loved and that He wants to give me beautiful things." Meditation Attendee | via survey Input Survey question was, "Please describe best parts of your experience, or your one favorite part in the entire experience." Attendee's answer was. "I really got a lot out of the sheep and shepherd exercises and learning about the very practical life applications." Small Group Attendee | via email “I had the opportunity to experience a prayer and meditation session prepared and led by Gina at our men's Bible study. The focus was on being leaders like those described in Holy Scripture. Abraham, Moses, and David among others, were called to trust God through faith in spite of their lack of ability and giftedness and motivate others to do the same. A powerful challenge that we were then asked to meditate on in our personal lives and families. Comments from the group included gratefulness for having the opportunity to be led in meditation, which men do so infrequently, if at all. The meditation after the scriptural examples helps to relax and contemplate how God is asking to men to respond in our world today. The pairing of the Biblical examples followed by meditation creates a way to remember and continue to think about and apply what the scripture says. I look forward to the next opportunity, which is already scheduled.” Meditation Attendee | via survey Input Survey question was, "In what ways did you sense the Holy Spirit helping you in the prayer time?" 50% of session attendees answered, "Received fresh revelation or perspective on either circumstances, relationships, agitations, or personal needs." |

"I can't remember the last time I was that still before the Lord. I needed that, that was great." Meditation Attendee | via survey input Survey question was, "Please describe best parts of your experience, or your one favorite part in the entire experience." Attendee's answer was, "Felt God spoke to me and gave specific direction on people I needed to support. Also, loved visual pictures and explanations to support dialogue." Meditation Attendee | via survey input "Felt reconnected to the Holy Spirit. Experienced deep healing in an area of weakness. Atmosphere was comfortable just a bit too cold. Experienced an increased expectation in the Lord and am looking forward to the next gathering." Meditation Attendee | via survey input "Sensed the comfort of God's presence and love, was able to release and/or process emotion, able to enter in to visual exercises as led by moderator, received fresh revelation and healing to forgive myself and/or others, He helped me confess areas of weakness and release them to Jesus, felt freshly filled with supernatural power (i.e.- joy, hope, peace, courage, life, etc). Best parts of experience were environment, aroma engagement, quiet calming presence of the Holy Spirit allowed for me to really feel the touch of God's intervention in overall experience. Thank you!" Meditation Attendee | via survey input "I enjoyed the entire presentation so much, I honestly couldn't say that one part was any better than another. I especially enjoyed the reference scriptures as they relate to the action of forgiving." Blog Reader | via conversation "My wife and I really love what you are doing and read your blog weekly. It is greatly needed. We want to attend a session very soon." Prayer Note Recipient | via prayer time “The scripture note you sent me shocked me as to how relevant it was. I was making choices outside of God’s will. I knew God was asking me to turn from pursuing other spiritual pursuits and that scripture hit me between the eyes. I have since stopped exploring those avenues. Thank you!” |
